Patrick Ryan
Born approximately in 1817 in Edenderry, Patrick Ryan was the son of Bridget Walsh and Thomas Ryan. He married Rose McCormick and served in the Confederate Army, enlisting as a substitute. He was killed at Mortons Ford, Virginia, in January 1864, and is buried in Alabama, where he resided.
