Michael Donahue, also known as Michael Donahoe, was born in 1835 in Kings County, Ireland. He served in Co. D of the 1st Missouri Artillery during the American Civil War. His final residence was St. Louis, Missouri, and he passed away sometime after his service.

Michael B. Redmond (1840-1930), from Tullamore, was a Sergeant in the Union Army, serving in Company E, 2nd New York Infantry. He is buried at Saint Agnes Cemetery in Cohoes, Albany County, New York. His memorial can be found on Find a Grave, detailing his military history and family.

Joseph Langshaw

Joseph Langshaw, born in Tullamore in 1840, served in the Union Army’s 3rd New York Light Artillery during the American Civil War. He died at the Battle of White Oak Swamp on 30th June 1862. Langshaw’s family originally settled in New Orleans, and he had siblings William and Bridget.
